I live exactly two blocks from this drive-up burger place and I know from the past 13 years I can count on fresh food cooked to order. While the burger is a standard flash frozen beef patty from Costco, it is complimented with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. I typical order the Bacon Burger with Cheese to give it extra flavor and texture.

What really keeps me coming back to this well-seasoned 1950s diner are the chili cheese fries which are cooked to perfection. You like extra crispy fries? All you need do is ask and it will so. I find that the crispier the fries, the better to stand up to the chili and cheese.

The onions, while package frozen, are excellent and worth the price served with a dipping sauce.. I did not particularly care for the chicken sandwich as it had a freezer type taste to it and it absorbed an undesirable amount of oil. It took all the paper napkins to leech some of the oil out I suggest a Wendy;s for a crispy whole chicken breast sandwich I have on several occasions have a dining partner drive up to the Wendy's on Broadway to get a crispy chicken breast sandwich and then drive to Giant Burger to get the fries to go with it.

Sometimes all I want is a shake and Giant Burger does not disappoint as the shakes are thick and rich. I am very glad that I know when I need a burger fix, Giant Burger is right around the corner to ready to serve it up. They have a small dining room off to the side that has some lunch time activity but I have never gone .

I just finished off my bacon cheese burger and fries with the bed beckoning me to come lay down but I must resist and go for a walk around the lake to off set this diet taboo as I am pre-diabetic type 2 and have lost 28 lbs with excellent results in reducing my glucose level. My concerted efforts to maintain a healthy diet allows me to be flexible and enjoy a tasty burger and fries once a month. I alternate between Burrito Express for nachos with carnitas to a burger from Giant Burger which satisfies my cravings for red meat and fried foods.

This Giant Burger's hamburger are poorly put together and taste disgusting. The facility is not clean and smell like urine. I do not recommend anyone to eat there.

After walking around on First Friday, I got hungry and went to Giant Burger. I placed my order and asked the guy taking the order to repeat, which he did and it was correct. So, after waiting the thirty minutes for my food, I was surprised, because it was completely wrong. When I asked for them to remake it the did, and it was still wrong...

Great food for a late night craving, but poor customer service.
