"Delicious pretzel bread", "exciting flavor combinations" and "fresh, healthy options" add up to "addicting", "mouthwatering" sammies at these quick-serves where "quality" organic ingredients keep them "a step ahead of the competition" and justify "higher than average costs"; the spaces differ by locale (Washington Street has very limited seating and Dearborn is "roomy"), but "don't let the long lines fool you", because "friendly"service at each "gets you in and out quickly."

Tried a few of the sandwich and soup options but found them pretty bland. Quick service and love the environmental atmosphere but won't be returning.

Amazing :) What a great place this is, I will come back soon. Whenever I see anyone from out of town, I always tell them, go to Hannah's Bretzel. You wont regret it.
I remember my first time I ate here, I got an amazing sandwich. Not only is the food here spectacular, the customer service is even better!!

The sandwiches and house made chips are definitely good, but both are quite small servings compared to other sandwich joints in the loop. I had the Sergio Special, and quite enjoyed it, but was left still feeling hungry. Pret is a bit cheaper and more food for your same fresh organic sandwich.

Hannah's has some innovative sandwiches with quality ingredients. The best one I've had by far is the Bavari-Asian. The bretzel is obviously a highlight and my only complaint is that the sandwiches are a little smaller than I would prefer, particularly for the price charged. The house made chips are a nice complement.
