Wonderful experience - William the owner is proud of his offerings and that makes for a very personal touch to all his food.
We were there for dinner, not really setup for that - so we got every asian entree on the menu - slivered tofu, breaded tofu, and the soup; very unique in their preparation.
The Avocado rolls are really good.

Desserts we had - butter pecan, shaved ice with sweetened rice - all using Soy isolate. tasted quite good.
