Harbor Inn Seafood, Asheville, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

Pick up a 2 fish dinners and when tasting it was very fishy. Called manager and she was nasty, even though I did not ask for any compensation for the dinners.
The manager was very hostile and needs to know how to address problems.

Food:

Visited restaurant 9/12/2014 for dinner--Ordered fried cod, baby shrimp, and oysters with baked potato. Plate looks like it is loaded, but is actually built up from the bottom with lots of hush puppies. Cod must have been Gorton's because it was a very small perfect rectangle with no taste what so ever. House salad was bagged lettuce with one cherry tomato and one slice of cucumber. Food had no taste and then to top it off I was sick the rest of the evening. My advice is to WALK, not RUN to get seafood here.

Best seafood in all of Asheville NC. as a matter of fact one of the best places. to get seafood in the south period. Their catfish is to die for lol.

Gotta love their fast and great service. The longest I've ever had to wait was for around 15 minutes just because my item was broiled. The food is great and even near the beach I can't find seafood that tastes this great or fresh. Such a great place to eat!

Really can't be beat for seafood in the mountains. The baby shrimp tastes as good or better than we could find anywhere on our last two trips to the beach.... At half the price. And to reviewer spenser... Something is wrong with someone who don't like our elders.... And the restaurant has broiled entrees, salads, baked potatoes, Cole slaw and steamed veggies. Your review is not honest and surely not helpful. Most folks aren't going to listen to someone who hates our older folks
