Service has gone down hill, a lot!

This place has gone down hill. Went inside and ordered food. Took forever for it to come out. While waiting I witnessed one employee cough directly into her hands then return behind the counter without so much as using hand sanitizer. When I got home one of my biscuits was wrong and my grilled cheese breakfast sandwich was barely toasted. I was not impressed this go round.

I've never had a problem here. Standard fast food. Food is always made well too.
