Yesterday me and my wife went into the Hardees and they gave us the complete wrong order for both of us and tried to reimburse one. They still have poor services 4 years later

Went in yesterday and waited 2 minutes for the girl to take my order since apparently one girl was on break yet standing right there at the counter and the girl that was working was handling drive thru. Ordered my food and went to go get sweet tea, which happened to be out, surprise there. The lady had to fill it up from the drive thru station. So then 5:12 later (which I saw on the counter) I finally got my food. Went to pump some ketchup into the little cups and what do you know, THEY WERE OUT TOO. Worthless, lazy employees and a clueless manager. What else do you expect from the Norfolk welfare system.
