Why do they have chicken on the menu when there is never any prepared at dinnertime? This is the fourth and last time this will happen to me. Rude staff.

Service SUCKS and the manager was very nasty when I came back twice because they screwed up my order. The service is great in the morning but as soon as lunch hits they are complete assholes that can't accomplish anything

Customer service sucks. I gave the girl my money and she gave me back my change and bills all crumbled up , I mean she literally balled it up in her fist. And then had the nerve to get a nasty look on her face when I said something to her about it .

Slowest Hardee's ever. It's been that way for years and years and years. Almost quicker to go to the one on tidewater drive. Never any problems with the food though.
