Ordering experience - GREAT! Paying for service - GREAT! Being asked to pull up to wait for my order of 1 texas toast sandwich - NO. I did not, and will continue to refuse to do this so the timer on the inside is reset. When I waited about a whole extra minute (about as long as I waited for the car in front of me that got a loaded bag of food) and when I got my sandwich, it was not hot in any way shape or form. The practice of asking cars to move up to reset timers NEEDS TO GO AWAY! It makes all the good parts of the experience turn to SH*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is always good. I have never had a problem here.
