Best sushi this side of town! I adore the sunflower roll! So fresh and a delicious combination. The staff is always very friendly as well!

Great people who show care for their patrons. Sushi is always fresh and delicious. They also always great you in Japanese when you enter. I will definitely be back.

Good and tasty Sushi and Sashimi. Steam rice is perfectly cooked. I had the salmon bento which was really good except that some of the tempura was a little oily. Otherwise i'd rate it 5 stars. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

My wife and I love getting take out from Hiyashi Ya. The Hiyashi Ya salad it'd one of the best, and the sushi is great too.
