Wide variety of vitamins, herbs, supplements and beauty supplies. There's also a great selection of specialty grocery items, like gluten free snacks and vegan products. They are very accommodating as well; if they don't have what you're looking for, they will always try to special order it.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you buy their discount card (one time purchase), then you'll get 5% off every purchase thereafter! Nice selection for a small store.
