Terrible service of waitress that say that we need to wait 45 minutes after we seat to order only a green salad and lentils soup I can't believed she bring the soup after 30 minutes and the salad 45 minutes and the pizza for my son in the last minute before we leave oh no I don't come back never again and don't recommend this place to anyone very desapointed

My girlfriend and I went for dinner on a weekday and there was only one server working. After ordering two appetizers, an entree, a side, and dessert it took us about two hours to get served, eat (and I'm a fast eater), and leave. However the food quality was AMAZING. The portions were also INSANELY HUGE! I got a stuffed eggplant for $10 and what came out could easily feed a family of 4. This might be better as a takeout place because of the problems with service, but I cannot recommend it enough!

This place is the worst! My boyfriend and I wanted to try something different and came in on a Saturday night. We should have known the place when we saw that they only had 4 tables full. We were seated right away and orders taken promptly but then it took a solid 30 minutes before our food arrived. I've never seen a wait staff move so quickly but get so little done. We were going to ask to cancel our order when we noticed a sign that states that if your food is already cooking you must pay for it. No cancelations. Which mean this must happen ALL THE TIME! Our food arrived just as a man behind us started puking into his to go bag. The wait staff seemed un phased at this! We were totally disgusted, paid for our food but left it uneaten at the table. Good thing we did, other reviews say the Chiken kabobs came out raw and made people sick. Probably why the man was puking!

Food:

My favorite place for home style Lebanese cuisine in the DFW area. The food is fresh and tasty with very generous portions for the price you pay. Joseph, the owner and chef and his staff are friendly and go out of their way make sure you enjoy your meal. Service can be a little slow at times, especially when they are busy so don't go in expecting to get in and out in a hurry. BYOB is permitted with a small corkage fee (I've never actually been charged) and they also have a small beer and wine selection. The restaurant is nice but casual and nothing fancy and parking is convenient and plentiful. Recommend you call ahead for large groups to speed up your experience. Overall, highly recommend.

Food:

I love the new pricing and smaller portion options. Everything is made fresh in the kitchen. I eat here on an average 2 times a month and the food quality and taste is consistent. This is an authentic restaurant with a rich history in Fort Worth, so don't expect to be served like your in a drive through at a fast food chain. I would suggest the Turkish coffee, yogurt dip with the fresh mint and garlic, also the lamb is wonderful. The portions are large and healthy. Hedary's has listen to the customers and most likely read these reviews stemming back 5 years and they chose to change and now it's worth your time to sit down order wine / coffee and enjoy your dinner.
