11th floor... Beautiful view, but rather small room. Neighbors were kind of noisy! Great service all around from staff.

I was very impressed with the staff. Very nice lobby and rooms. The staff were friendly, courteous, down-to-earth and very helpful! Plenty of places from unique to high-end stores to shop at within walking distance. Definitely a wonderful experience with true Alaskan fare!

Try to secure a room in the west tower because that is where the club lounge and fitness center is. Overall very pleasant stay and the staff was a+. No hot tub in pool area but the pool itself was plenty warm, and the fitness center is huge! It was almost a mini gym.

Great location in downtown Anchorage. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but don't have refrigerators or microwaves. Executive lounge is a joke. It's really just two standard rooms on the 12th floor renovated to make a lounge. Breakfast is mediocre at best (cold cuts, boxes of cereal, and scrambled eggs) and the drinks aren't free. The drinks are pretty expensive actually, since you can walk two blocks and get some fantastic local microbrews from a handful of brewpubs. Overall, I chose this hotel for the location and I'm not disappointed.

Westmark was rude and disrespectful so I came here. Cheaper and a much nicer hotel. Valet was quick to greet us and give me tips for parking because I did not want valet. (Not because I didn't want to pay the 24 dollars but I don't like people driving my baby) after a terrible situation with the Westmark I made a reservation here. Gary was working the front desk and he was very polite and friendly. Offered water and made sure we were taken care of. Rooms aren't bad at all and right downtown. I will definitely stay here again!
