Hilton Arlington & Towers, Arlington, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

The hotel is convenient to the Ballston metro. It's actually right outside and around the corner. Checkin was simple, quick, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering us maps of the area. The rooms were all renovated recently, with granite counter tops in the bathroom. The rooms are nicely furnished and the finishings are tasteful. The shower is beautiful.

Food:

I stayed at this location for business. After reading the book Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard it felt like the sraff was living the principles of the book. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and nice. I would stay at this location again.

I was traveling to the area for business and had a subpar stay at this hotel for a few reasons. The internet was slow and would often disconnect, making working from the hotel room difficult in the evenings. Apparently they don't have a service elevator, so an elevator would be full with a cleaning cart. The walls are pretty thin so I could hear all my neighbors. A normal conversation next door was enough to keep me form falling asleep.

The breakfast was pretty good with friendly staff, but you need access to the executive lounge to get the breakfast. I think they should open it up to everyone.

Overall, not worth the rate.

The staff were delightful and friendly. The location is in the middle of Arlington, it seemed. Restaurants all around and only a few steps to the mall.

The bathroom is quite small, Internet is not free and slow for having to pay for it, a/c is ridiculously loud. It was raining during my visit and for 2 days the television dis not work. Ridiculous and did not like the stay
