Food:

Nice enough. Staff at desk seems under trained. They overbooked and manager called me at almost 11pm to ask about a reservation for someone I had never heard of. Nice way to wake up. Room is good. Hot water is warm, not hot.

Food:

Two words: Room service! I got to stay here the other day after the airline decided I should spend a bonus night in DC. It was a long day of travel and I just wanted go to my room order room service and hopefully be able to get home the next day. No such luck! Room service is not an option. Other than that the room was nice enough especially considering the airline paid for it. I would stay there again but I know to eat before I got there.

Food:

This hotel was in easy walking distance to the metro. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was great. They have a pool but it was closed. Bought the bed and breakfast package which included breakfast in the restaurant. The only annoying thing was convincing the server at the restaurant that breakfast was included in our room. After she verified it with the front desk all was well. The second day we had to go through it again.

Food:

Location very close to DCA airport. Rooms aging. Upon arriving to room, the remote for the TV was not functioning. After asking cleaning staff for assistance, maintenance promptly arrived with working remote. The door latch on my room door is barely hanging on. Air vent in my bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned as I can see about a 1/4 of dust on it. When running, the A/C unit is louder than a diesel truck engine. Hot water in shower was limited in 12th floor room at 8 am. Bedding/pillows nice, clean and comfortable. If you're a higher level Hilton honors member, access to executive lounge is a nice bonus. Hotel is a three to four block walk to nearest metro station. Shuttle service is available.

Food:

Hotel seems a little aged but still in good shape. Plenty to eat in the area.

The gym seems neglected. Both times I've been so far they are out of water and low/out of towels. I've called both times and the water still hasn't been refilled by the end of my workout (~45 min). The equipment is decent.
