Food:

Came here when it first reopened under Major Goolsbys and was greatly disappointed. Gave the place another chance today and again was disappointed. The decor of the building deserves better quality food. The boil their chicken instead of grilling it. My friends sandwiches were incorrect twice. At least they weren't charged for them. If you're thinking of coming to Turners because it's quick and it's by the arena don't waste your time. At least not until Major Goolsbys is no longer running the place

Food:

This was worst food ever. Servers walking around with food & not knowing what table it belonged to. Server asks us if it is our food when we haven't even seen our waitress. Our food came before our drinks. I had chicken tenders that should have been called chicken rubber, I wasn't even asked what kind of dipping sauce. Myou husband had a brat that he could not even eat cause he thought he was going to be sick. We should have just waited & eaten at the BMO Harris. Cost would have been the same but better food. We went to George Webb after the concert & had much better food at half the price. Will never go to Turner Hall again......save your money.

Food:

Turners used to be amazing. Last night was my first time back since they re-opened 1-2 years ago. Took my dad there before we went to the Bucks game. Will absolutely never go there again. Terrible service and terrible food. No wonder it was pretty dead on a Friday night. We both ordered burgers and they came out less than 5 minutes later. Obviously they cook them before orders are even made. Waitress didn't even ask me how I wanted my burger cooked and I told her medium before I left. Doesn't matter. All of them are cooked until beyond burned. We took one bite and it was absolutely disgusting. We aren't the type to complain. Politely asked for a new burger. Less than 2 minutes later we get new burgers and they are the exact same. We said forget it, ate the worst burger of our lives and left. Waitress was rude as well. Never even turned her head while trying to get her attention forever. Never apologized for the terrible food and service. Will never spend another dollar at this place. Should have gone to Buck Bradley's in the first place like we were contemplating. Ended up going there after we left for a few drinks to turn our night around!

I am normally not a picky person and I rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. But this was the worst experience I've had yet. I'm a college student and I came here with my boyfriend before the Bucks game (supposed to be fun right? No.). The waitress didn't come to our table until we had been seated for 10-15 minutes. We ordered right away and the food came maybe 10 minutes later (so obviously it was not fresh as the restaurant was packed). We got the Fish Fry due to the amazing reviews it had. The girl that brought it out did not say ONE WORD to us, she, in fact, dropped the plates in front of us and stormed off. No "anything else I can get for you?" or anything. Nothing. The food was cold and the fish was mediocre. There's better food at the dining halls at college to be honest. And the waitress never once stopped to check on us. We had enpty drinks and cold food and she did not stop in once, yet she was at all the tables around us asking how they were and getting them refills. (Hi, we exist too?) We finished and the plates were sitting with our empty drinks at the end of the table (trying to hint at her because the game started in 30 minutes). A different girl saw us and took our stuff. After a few more minutes the waitress FINALLY stopped back. We got our check, paid and left. Another thing I am uncomfortable with is my credit card says "Request ID" and I am always asked to see it but our waitress did not even do that. I was shocked as that means my card is technically invalid and should not be charged. Pretty big deal to me. It was such an awful experience. Now, a few hours later at the game, both my boyfriend and I feel sick (nauseous and uneasy) and it has to be the food because we were not exposed to the same things this past week. I have experienced issues with receiving adequate service because I am young and it's assumed that I cannot tip well because I'm a poor college student; HOWEVER, I always tip well when I receive good service, just like every other customer. I am appalled at how awful this experience was from beginning to end.

Went before the Bucks game with my girlfriend. TERRIBLE service. A girl literally dropped our food in front of us and left without saying a word or asking if we needed anything else. The waitress took our orders and never came back to check on us... at all! My water was gone quickly and I never once was able to get a refill. We got the fish fry and it was cold as soon as it was dropped in front of our faces. Nothing special or good about the taste of any of the sides either. Poor quality. Our waitress never came back so we had to ask another waitress to get our check. This was after waiting very long. We barely made it on time to the game because of it. Upon leaving, we walked past our waitress and she looked at us without saying anything. Not sure why we were treated so poorly as paying customers and for being very polite. An hour later, I told my girlfriend my stomach was bad and I was feeling sick. Of course, she said hers was feeling the same way! So between the terrible service and fish fry that made us sick, this deserves no more than 1 star...
