Hobart's has it's niche in the community. Locally owned, it's despicable that folks like ChefStar007 would be so short-sighted as to suggest a place like this should close. Yes the chain stores are much larger, but why drive miles and miles from home when you can satisfy basic needs at Hobarts. Doesn't make sense, like so much of our corporate-dominated society..
