Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana Restaurant Details

Food:

The stay at the Holiday Inn was great and it is well-positioned to see the French Quarter/Burbon Street and other popular places. The room we stayed in was in excellent condition (no weird smells or strange discomfort with the bed or anything). The hotel staff was amazing too. We told some of the housekeeping ppl this was our first vacation to NOLA and they told us some useful places to eat/see. My only minor complaints are 1) WiFi gets really crappy during prime-time 2) parking fee per day is so expensive ($30/day is ridiculous so look into that superdome parking others recommend BEFORE checking in to the hotel to see if that works for you b/c we never used our car anyway since everything is within walking distance that we wanted to see) and 3) no free breakfast (there is another Holiday Inn place a few blocks away that may have had free breakfast). Overall, though, very happy with this hotel.

Food:

Rooms are spacious and clean. Employees are helpful and personal. All the customers seem to be enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. Very conveniently located to fun areas of town. Hotel staff could be friendlier though. No one ever seemed to smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly. Have to pay for expensive breakfast if you want one & no coffee in lobby. I even asked about coffee in lobby. This should be there! Complimentary toiletries if you forget. Free computer / printer in business center. Have to pay to park. $$$. Expensive hotel. Nice. Few blocks from bourbon st area. Quiet. Heated outdoor pool.

Food:

I love Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome. From our group block to our party events Lauren and Aimee were great to work with. Robert made sure all of our food was good too! It was a pleasure having my events at this hotel and would do it again!
