Hands down the best place in Vegas to get burger. Without question, head to the Cosmopolitan and check it out.

PRO:
+Amazing burgers. Try the "Gold Standard" burger (aged sirloin, smoked bacon, aged goat cheddar cheese, tomato confit, baby arugula, garlic chive aioli) with a fried egg on top.
+Amazing bam-boozled shakes (with alcohol). Try the "Drunken Money" (Reeses, Banana, Malt, Frangelico) or the "Red Velvet Cake Shake" (Zing red velvet vodka, red velvet cake, cream cheese mousse, mini whoopee pie).
+Beautiful waitresses. The outfits are completely appropriate, but are reminiscent of Hooters.
+When you're table is ready they'll text you instead of forcing you to carry around a buzzer

CON:
-Limited cooking options. I tried to order my burger medium and I could only get medium well. Ultimately, it didn't matter because the burger was delicious.
-The wait staff was hit or miss. The first time i was there they came back frequently. The second time, not so much.
-It can take forever to get a table. I waited an hour on one Saturday afternoon.

Usually i am very impressed with holsteins. This time we had the buffalo chicken dip, it was horrible. We had the rising sun burger $18 i think but the teriyaki sauce was to strong and to much was put on burger. The pecan turtle cheese cake shake was good. Recommended appetizer philly cheese steak egg rolls. Most of shakes we have had here are excellent, cookies & cream, smores. Like the popcorn appetizer thats served for free.

This place is basically a burger club inside the Cosmo, and I convinced my friends to stop by here after a recommendation from Monica C. I think I didn't enjoy it as much because I was pretty full from my Fat Tuesday, but it was a pretty cool experience. The ambiance is great, although it is pretty loud inside.

The wait was about 20 minutes on a Friday night. I ordered the Rising Sun, which was a teriyaki burger with avocado and I think fried onions. It was pretty good, but I didn't get a "burgasm." I liked the shoestring fries. I only ate about half the burger, which was reasonably sized but still not worth 20 bucks. Shakes are around $13 but looked pretty good. For the most expensive burger I have ever had in my life, I don't think it was worth it but for some people I guess its a value deal in Vegas!
