Hooters, Anaheim, California, American Restaurant Details

Food:

We went to Hooters in California for the first time since we were living in Las Vegas. It was because I received a coupon for a free entree for my birthday. Upon seating it took quite awhile to be meet our waitress. We ordered a drink and waiting that felt like another 10 to 15 minutes before we got one of our drinks in which the waitress explained they were having a problem of some kind. Now that we have our drinks and have placed our order we were talking for awhile in which my wife noticed that some food had been sitting up on the ready window for about 5 minutes. We then watched this food to see when someone would check it, it turned out to be ours. It was cold and dryed out from the heat lamp that it sat under for 15 minutes. The manager agreed to make new food and brought it out promptly. The fresh food was noting to write home about. The Philly cheesesteak was still dry with not much flavor. The club sandwich was mediocre that my wife had. The real kicker was the boneless nuggets they sell as boneless wing. 10 for $12.99 of these little turds that just did not have much flavor is ridiculous. The to end we asked our waitress for our check in which she went off and did something, came back and told us she would get our check now. Even with a free entree, our check came out to $43.04 Was not worth the time or the money. This is much different then previous visits to the Hooters Franchise. The manager had given me $5 coupons to use on another visit, I threw them away when I got home.

Food:

overrated. ten minutes before anyone noticed, or shall I say wanted to do thier job. waitress seemed tipsy and practically talked screaming when I'm totally not even two feet from her. I'm sure the whole place heard how she described the taste of thier sauces. gave the chic a good tip despite her poor service cuz lord knows that I know that BITCHES GOTTA EAT

WORST service ever! Waited 30 mins for curly fries appetizers while watching other tables who sat after us get served first because they had alcohol. Our order was wrong. By the time the right wings came out,it was cold. No refills. Waited 15 mins for the check and another 15 mins for change. Spend more time serving and less time flirting with drunks,maybe she could get 1 thing right tonight! WORST hooters ever!

Food:

Had the worst restaurant experience at this Hooters after a Ducks game. Waitress was terrible (which is to be expected i guess), however when my girlfriend ordered mild wings and they came out dripping with grease, the waitress made it out to be her fault for ordering mild. So she put in another order or medium wings...they came out and were cold on the inside and inedible. I asked for the manager who came out and said he was sorry. There was no "Let me make this right with you, valuable customer" attitude nor was there any action at all. I asked for the check, and sure enough there was no correction made for the wings...still being charged. Told the waitress, Chynna, that I am not paying for them. She got flustered and said the manager would be right over to make the correction. The manager was in the kitchen doing something else and had no intentions on dealing with this nor did she say anything to him. We walked out. On top of that...the next day I emailed hooters about this and never received a response.

Food:

Food was good but it took long to cook but thats okay cause we looked at pretty girls LOL. Our waitress was realy nice and I would say to come here if you like their food.
