Absolutely horrible. Went to celebrate my friends bday. Waited almost an hour to get our appetizer and drinks. After I leave they decide to charge my card twice for food that I didnt even order and are giving me a hard time trying to get my money refunded I've never had such poor service anywhere

Bartender brought me the wrong beer in a chipped and broken mug, then didn't even offer to comp the drink when I paid for my dinner.

Terrible! Hey Hooters when you have a bartender make sure they know how to wait on customers sitting in front of them and not just get drinks all night long for the servers! I left a hundred dollar bill on an $18 tab out of despite.

this place was horrible.. I've never been to a hooters, and I love wings! I figured there's a lot of heipe about the place so we went..the french frys were hard, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. same with the chicken strips we ordered my son, like rubber! the wings were awful too! that isn't a buffalo sauce its butter... never again.

I am a regular at this Hooters location, I go here once a week (Wednesday) almost every week for the last 2 years. When I go I usually take a group of guys (4-12) with me for lunch. Recently there are changes that are effecting the quality of service that I find unacceptable. I have 2 regular servers who are always fantastic and still are, I point this out because none of the new problems are based on the servers but rather on the new management and the kitchen staff specifically. The time it takes to get the food is beyond slow and frankly just plain ridiculous. The kitchen also does not feel it necessary to make the wing sauce that I have been ordering nearly every Wednesday for 2 full years. Due to the unwillingness to provide the service that I had once grown to enjoy I will be trying a new wing place next wednesday in hopes of finding a new place to have my weekly wingsday and hopfully find much better service. I hate to make the change but find it necessary to enjoy my Wednesday lunch.
I would really like to hear from the General Manager if this seems like a problem to them.
