Wow, this place was absolutely horrible. The service was terrible. Waited for an hour for our order nobody approached our table for 20 min after we were seated. The food was disgusting and the waitress was rude.

Awful place, awful service. I HAD TO ASK FOR A WAITRESS 2 TIMES... STILL NONE HELPING ME. BYE!

James the manager is awsome. Had a slight issue and he immediately fixed it.. pure excellence

The service was horrible. I went there for a to go order. The prices on the menu were not the same as I was charged. I was told by the Hooters Girl at the bar that their menus come from another store (I have never heard that before).

I was told the bar would handle my order yet she was too busy shuffling UNO cards to pay attention to any new customers that came to the bar. And when she did come over she was very nonchalant and seemed annoyed I disturbed her uno game to make an order. Yet there were other workers standing around that could have taken my order.

I waited awhile for my food that was okay but I would not suggest this place if you are looking for great service.

Went there yesterday afternoon and my waitress was Priscilla. Service was excellent and food was hot and tasted amazing. Very friendly overall and strongly recommend that one over the other San Antonio ones!
