Positively the worst I've ever had!! Come on really? Ranch is like water... Appetizers Came out ten min after our food. Oh and our main food was cold! How can you make wings and they come out cold??? Really. This is the third time in a row that either the service sucked or the food is crap!!! Really???? Never coming back!!!

Food:

I ordered six drums extra crispy with fries. I got two flavors and it was supposed to be half and half. I have before me four wings one flavor and two wings another. And some nasty cold ass fries with no salt on them at all. Half and half is just that. I should have had three one flavor and three another. like huh?

It was so loud I liteally screamed in my order. She tells me Spicy Garlic is their spicest flavor. Umm no the hell it isn't. I forgot which one but something else is spicer than this. these wings are not up to par and these fries surely aren't. I don't think they made it extra crispy but the crispness is fine. I will stick to my favorite BWW. I paid $13 for some nasty mess.

I will stick to BWW. I can get 10 wings and fries during there lunch hour for 7.99 plus tax. also I work there so I can even get it half off on the days I work. My chicken is always flavorful and I also get them extra wet. So tasty and always good.

Also I am a female so when I went there i didn't know where to get my food and none of the servers directed me but ignored me. I saw a man and he directed me to the bar where I still had to wait.I am still mad that I have four one flavor and two another and I will not go back. I can get take out from my job that tastes better than this. Shame cause Hooters used to be my favorite wing place and I used to hate BWW because Hooters is breaded but I learned how to customize my chicken at BWW to make it the way I like and it's always slamming. Like I crave it.

you want good traditional wings and fries even for take out and good service come and see me during your lunch break. I got you.

We called asked if there was a wait and the gentleman named Brock said no wait,
we show up 30 min wait
I've been in the service industry almost my entire working life and I would never just lie to someone about the wait.
The best part was I confronted him about it and he said nothing. Then he had the audacity to come up to me ask all 6 of the people that I was with if we had decided to stay then remind us of the Texas law of right to refuse service.
Not Sorry I called you out for a bald face lie and refused to apologize
The service was great but homeboy Brock needs to get chastised.

The food was good, our server was very friendly and attentive. Our food was ready pretty quickly. No real complaints.

I don't know why I ever came back! This is by far the worst Hooters I've ever visited. I've visited this place a few times and swore I wold never return. Boredom, Sunday football and Convenient location must have got the best of me. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! If you're visiting San Antonio don't waste you're time coming here. There are two much better Hooters locations nearby.
