Food:

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered The Larry burger, the rest of my party's food arrived. I had to find my server, I asked about my meal, the server inquired with the kitchen. She returned 5 minutes later to let me know that there had been an "error in the kitchen" and that my burger would arrive in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the server returned to let me know it would be a few more minutes because they had a large party and the kitchen was slammed. I let another 10 minutes pass and finally cancelled my order. I walked next door to Five Guys where I ordered and ate my meal faster than I got water here.

I did not have a good experience at HopsScotch. On a moderately busy night I experienced some of the worst service. There were four of us seated at a hightop, so we were clearly visible, however, we were constantly being ignored by the waitstaff. After bussing our own table several times, the owner finally came over and made sure our drink and food orders were put in right away (no comps). Unfortunately, that was the end of service we recieved. The rest of the night was more of the same, and we even observed the owner and one of the bus boys chatting in a corner while we were being underserved. Prices were on the high side, but that wouldn't bother me had the service been at least average. I will not be going back.

Gave this place a 3 for a reason...... Flies 100's of then...Can not compare bars in NYC to this place..... No comparison.. Please clean

Good beer selection but not the place to go to watch NFL games on Sundays, especially if you have kids. Went today to watch the Steelers game with my wife and daughter and they only had the Steelers game on one TV and in a room with only high tops and bar seats. The manager was standing behind the host and didn't even try to accomodate us, even though we saw a few games there last season. Not cool.

Food:

The staff was welcoming as soon as you got there, food was good but was overpriced for portion sizes and food could have been better for wh you were paying for. Later the staff was less friendly, and customer service was bad. The bathrooms were also discusting.
