11/28/2015 7:14 pmCame here for the first time a few months ago to see Tokio Hotel. I had been warned of some not so awesome experiences by friends (mainly unexpected costs for other seating options), but I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and organized. You only had to walk a few steps to find someone if you had questions. Price point for food and drinks were pretty standard for a Chicago establishment. Sound quality was pretty good, even with all my fellow screaming fans. Can't wait to come back again. |

10/18/2015 3:01 pmWonderful venue! What can you say bad about a concert floor that bounces on springs? Very classy atmosphere, and the sound system is amazing. We saw Andy Mineo perform to a sold out crowd on 10/17/2015 and it was one the best concerts we've been to. Instead of paying to park, we did street parking a ways out from downtown and then used Uber in and out - worked out great! |

10/02/2015 4:12 pmWent to Chicago with my wife and a group of friends over Valentines weekend. Came to House of Blues, aaannd the wife got SEVERE food poisoning from the Shrimp and Grits. We know it was the Shrimp from HOB because it was the only thing she ate the entire weekend that someone else in the group did not eat. We talked to the manager and after vehemently trying to deny that it was his food that caused it, he finally agreed to send a gift certificate in the mail. It's now October, and we never got the gift certificate. Oh well. |
