House Of Egg Roll, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

I came to this place more than 10 years ago until I heard there is a new owner and new menu recently. I decided to give them a shot.

FOODs are so so and the service is horrible except two items.

Biang Biang Noodle and the chicken noodle plate are the only two tasty items.

Staff are friendly, but it took 34 minutes to get a bowl of noodle. Really? Be prepare to wait for a LONG time.

Their excuse was to make sure every table get at least one item, so everyone is happy. It then takes turn to server other items. Some people came 25 minutes behind us was getting their foods before our noodle. That's just ridiculous. It means everyone is waiting for their second item or so. I guess people order more than one items wont' be happy.

Will I come back? Maybe just for take-out.

Someone say Panda express? come on, that is not Chinese food! this is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been so far

Terrible service, very rude staff that does not even try to understand you...likes its my fault. Tried to order for pick up and they told me they could not understand me and they did not have time to be on the phone

Under new management "supposedly", took 10 minutes to take my order over the phone due to a communication barrier and in the end still did not get my order correctly "ordered noodles got soup"? Then ended up wasting more gas than the egg rolls I ordered cost and the manager still refused to give them to me saying that he had put them in the bag. Got back home and double checked and I was not given them. Could tell they were speaking negative about me in their foreign language right in front of me. Judging by the clientele in the building and the demeanor of the staff, unless you're Asian don't go there.

they have the best egg rolls in Chandler and they are made from scratch all the other Chinese restaurants around here have the premade frozen ones. I also love there wonton soup its so good and the wontons are made from scratch also.
