I had to catch a plane later out of Tampa, so means my dad decided to get a bite. No wait time, food was delicious, and waitress was great. Only problem was the bugs were making a meal off of us! Not the restaurants fault. I would recommend it.

Tampa is built around its bay but there aren't allot of options when looking for restaurants with views of the bay. Hula bay is one of the best options. A really good place to come Saturday and Sunday during lunch to enjoy live music and views of the boats, st Pete skyline and water. Food is good too. Good selection too like burgers, sushi, tacos, and fish. Also a good Friday night happy hour place in west south tampa. Definitely a place you bring visitors to show off the Florida and tampa bay lifestyle.

Outstanding, food was excellent, perfectly prepared, price was fair.
It would have been more appropriate if the entertainer actually knew and played Hawaiian Music. Our server Brandi was absolutely attentive even though she was also busy with a group that was using both Dukes and Hula Bay Club. She made a special effort to get a wine glass cleaned for my wife, as this group was definitely partying. We had moved over to Duke's because of the group. Tiffie the hostess had personally cleaned an outside table to try to give us seating overlooking the harbor outside because of the noise level from the group inside and outside. We will definitely return on our next trip to Florida

We just finished our lunch. Being from Hawaii and have eaten many times at the various Duke's restaurants in Hawaii, I was skeptical of how authentic the food would be compared to Hawaiian local food. I was very pleased with the food. I had the Chicken Katsu ( a traditional local staple in Hawaii) and my husband had the Hula burger. We both enjoyed our meals. We did have to wait a little while for the food to arrived, but enjoyed the scenery and each other's company. This restaurant is not a fast food eatery, so don't expect your meal to arrive quickly. If you want quick, Burger King is up the road. Our waitress was Kristen, She was so sweet, polite, and explained the menu and the origin of the restaurant to us. She always checked on us and refilled our drinks within minutes of us finishing our first drinks. We also met Chef Dan and he was open to suggestions on the menu that we offered and was very pleasant. The Brunch buffet looked very good and noticed that they were always being refilled quickly. Will definitely dine here again.

The worst dining experience I've had in my life! We waited over an hour for cold overpriced food. Never saw a manager. Our complaints never made it past the overwhelmed server. It was my first time there and will definitely be my last! This place is overrated! I only gave it one star just to write this review. One too many based on this experience! HORRIBLE!
