Hunan Wok, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

This used to be the best chinese place. 5 years have we ordered from there and NEVER had been dissapointed. HOWEVER it seems like the owners sold the place a few months back...:(((We didnt know and ordered over the phone for pick up. The staff was horrible and so was the food. Never are we going to get food from there again. Just sad that the other people just quit. We have not been able to find another place that is even close to how good the OLD Hunan Wok was.

Food:

This by the worsted Chinese restaurant. I have had. The Chicken was tough, so my crab rangoon. I can't hardly eat it. It so hard. Call them. They say that how we make it. I told them, Never been to a restaurant this hard to eat. They want offer me free food. The next time i order NO I'm not By the worse restaurant. Oh when it was delver. The bag was leaking. That forgot my drink.

The quality of the food fluctuates for order to order overall I end up throwing it away half the time. Im trying to sponsor local businesses but this is why big companies take them out QUALITY CONTROL. Half the time I order Sweet and sour chicken that taste like sour fish and the rice taste like fish too! From now on Panda Express it is.

I order Shrimp Egg Foo Yung for the 1st time at this establishment, and to my surprise my EGGS WERE BURNT w/ RUBBERY SHRIMP. I voice my dislike to the person who answer the phone so the sent 2 more out. I just experience another awful ordeal with them once again. I decided to try to order again with my co-worker, lady told me it will be 45-50 minutes is was 11:35 when I placed the order, well it is now 12:43pm and I am just now getting my food, which burst through the bag, and none of my condiments (hot oil, fortune cookies, etc) was not in the bag. OMG I wish my Yummy Yummy hurry up with there renovations. :( :( :( Im done with Hunan.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! THE WORST CHINESE FOOD THAT I EVER HAD!!! The place is dirty. The food no flavor and poor quality of ingredients. I cannot believe how this place gets good reviews!!
