Hungry Howie's Pizza, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

Ordered food from this location and the delivery person had half of our order when he arrived. He was very very kind and called the shop to tell them to credit us the cost of the food he did not have with him per our request. The shop told him to tell us that because we were first time customers and they wanted a second chance, we would have a free pizza and the Caesar salad that they had forgotten to bring credited to our account the next time we order. When we ordered the second time, they were not very pleased with us asking how we are supposed to "redeem" our free food they promised us for the prior goofup and explained that it isn't even possible to credit an online account. Needless to say, mass confusion on all parts. All in all we received our food, salad was not the salad we ordered. Whatever. It was free. But first impressions are everything, second chances are rare, third? Not a chance.

Ordered online through grub hub and when I received a wait time of an hour and a half I decided to call. The employee that answered was extremely nice, quick, and really helpful. He pushed my order up to only 30 minutes! Food was perfect, also. Would definitely recommend this location!

Ordered online, they ran a little behind and I thought I'll call and make sure everything was alright. When the driver got to my apartment she told me the manager put a credit under my name just for the inconvenience. I thought it was really kind and the driver was really pleasant. I'm not really wowed lately by the customer care I get lately. The food was really good too, thought someone deserved a pat on the back, its nice to feel valued the store manager Shawn was the one I spoke with.
