01/23/2015 12:37 pmSpent $40.00 on two pizzas, One 3 topping and a cheese pizza and a salad. The deep dish pizza was pep, green pepper and red onion. I was unsure if the pepper and onion had been added, I counted 6 green pepper bits and maybe 6 pieces of red onion. So skimpy on the toppings! Crust was supposed to be flavored, dry without the topping I ordered. The pizza was mediocre at best for taste and I could have gotten this quality for $5 fast and ready somewhere else. Not worth the money or my time. The customer service was also disappointing, the person that took my call seemed rushed and exasperated that I asked about specials. First and last time trying this pizza, will never, never order from them again. |

12/22/2014 8:07 pmI have been a fan of the Hungry Howie's franchise for almost fifteen years now. I used to rave to anyone I knew that it was the best! After today's horrible service and horrible food, that won't be happening again. |

09/13/2011 7:37 pmThis place has gone WAY downhill! I'm pretty sure they've switched management, which could explain it. They used to be fantastic, but now the food is shoddy and the service sucks. |

09/10/2011 10:03 amThey are incapable of delivering a large order anything close to on time. We used them last year for a large party for students at a local pool club. Two orders of a dozen each. We dropped off a typed version of the order two days ahead of time. Both orders were over a half hour late and cold and burned. After complaining they said they would give us the pizzas for free this year. A tempting offer that we accepted. This year -- they were almost as late again. I should mention that the pool club is only a 5-7 minute drive from the HH location, but after telling us the pizzas were on their way, they didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. I suspect we were lied to (the dispatcher said something about "traffic" which is simply not true). All they do is make and deliver pizzas. One would think they could figure out how to get pizzas to a nearby location on time when given the order 48 hours ahead of time. Even if free I wouldn't use them for a large party again. Don't say you weren't warned when the same thing happens to you. |
