I've been to the Hussongs in Mexico. DELICIOUS margaritas. Amazing times!!! Hole in the wall bars.

This. Is. Not. It.

Hussongs isn't where you take your under age kids.

It's where you take your bf after a breakup so they can drink until they're blue.

Also, we paid $18 per shot and the dirt bag bartender didn't tell us what she was charging..... Pass.

Summerlin people have fun, everyone else, go to Mexico for the real Hussongs.

I literally just finished my meal - I got the Huarache and it was absolutely amazing! I don't know how they spiced the steak, but it was perfect.

Prices are about on par for restaurants in Vegas ($20-30 per person, depending on how much beer you drink).

Decor is a bit cheesy (reminds me of Chachkies from Office Space), but I don't really care about that. Food was excellent and service was great!

Definitely coming back here next time I'm in Vegas!

We went in for ritas and apps.

The Margaritas were NO GOOD! Pure sour mix and nothing else, we sent them back and they came back better.

They bring you fresh, warm chips with 2 types of salsa. We asked for fresh guacamole and we are glad we did. So go ahead and pay the extra for the guac. We also got the chicken quesadilla and that is where we fell in love with the food.

We were hoping to go back to eat lunch but never made... Maybe next time.

Credited as the birthplace of the margarita, this fabled, circa-1892 Mexican cantina in Mandalay Palace and its younger sibling in Westside's Boca Park fittingly pour a variety of sweet, sour and salty cocktails. The newer digs are simpler than the original's, but both offer throwback, wood-decked tavern spaces with a crowd-pleasing menu of fish tacos, pozole, carne asada fajitas and enchiladas suizas.
