I can't thank Tanya Jones and the entire staff enough for making our stay so comfortable and our party an event the family will always remember. The conference room was set up perfectly and Josh and the maintenance man (sorry I didn't get his name) set up our presentation slideshow and it ran without any problems. D'wann at the front desk (sorry, I probably spelled her name wrong) was so helpful as I decorated the room for our event and she secured the space for us until the party started. The evening staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed as we ran out of plates, cutlery, ice, etc.

The hotel also set up a room block for our guests which made it very easy for them to book their reservations. Everyone was very pleased with the comfortable accommodations.

Thank you again for such a memorable stay - you can be sure Hyatt Place will be our hotel of choice every time we visit Greensboro!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. A little expensive for the few amenities including the breakfast which is a little skimpy. Overall positive, but too expensive.

Made this reservation on the road and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best o have ever had at a hotel. For under a hundred dissipates, you couldn't stay at a nicer hotel.
