Hyatt Regency Wichita, Wichita, Kansas Restaurant Details

Food:

Very nice and clean the breakfast wasn't top notch but I've never been to a hotel that had better! Lol overall they had great customer service and location was right down the street from just about everything I loved it and would recommend it to anyone

Food:

We've chosen the Hyatt a couple of times because we know we'll get an adequate room and good service. It's nothing special, the rooms are very basic and a little cramped. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. There is a parking garage connected, so parking is easy (that's an extra $10 a night).

We haven't tried any of the food, it looks good, but like any room service, you pay extra for the convenience. Nice bar, stays busy but you rarely have to wait long.

It's not luxury, but I'd recommend it, and we'll likely use it again in the future.

I was there for a wedding and really impressed with the decor and staff. They were very helpful and friendly. While I didn't stay in a room, I was able to take a look inside, and they looked amazing!

Location was amazing. Beautiful view of the river and downtown. All the major attractions are super close by. The food in the restaurant is beyond great! The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I have been attending seminars here annually for the last 18 years. Generally a really nice place. My most recent visit was not so nice. I had to move to another room two times before I could find one free of cigarette odor. The meeting room on the 18th floor wreaked of cigar smoke, very annoying for a non-smoker. Once I got to my third room and opened the refrigerator to store my water there was leftover food from the previous occupant. Very disappointing level of accommodations for the Hyatt. Other than that the staff was most accommodating.
