A little on the small side, but it is wedged into a pretty nice location. Service and food were predictable for a Hard Rock Cafe - both decent, but not the best ever.

When you are her the stave treats you like you are the rock star, my daughter 10 years old was using here money to buy everyone in the family a gift but she did it three different times on the third time it was for her brother the clerk figured this out and because of her selfless acts my child was given a pin. Thank you hard rock staff you made a 10 year olds year

We've just returned from eating dinner at Hard Rock San Antonio. A total nightmare. Worst service ever. Whole story: We asked for a quiet table (I was with my parents and we wanted to talk) so we were seated outside. The waiter brought the water and dropped a glass over our table, OK, it can happen, not a big deal.
We asked for the jumbo combo starter and after 30 minutes of waiting the temperature outside dropped, we were feeling cold and we saw an empty table literally next to ours that looked warmer and not that noisy, we thought we could ask to be moved there... no way, too complicated for the Hard Rock café. The lady in charge of seating people could not handle such a thing. With bad attitude she offered us to go back to our old table or to go back to the waiting list, even though our food was already on the way (it had been for 30 minutes). We were going back to the old table an the manager later got us a table right next to the one we wanted, OK. One point to the manager.
The food came to the table.. The starter normally includes spring rolls but they were out of them, we were offered spinach dip or potato skins as substitute. We choose the potatoes, they brought the dip. No silverware was provided, the manager brought it for us. Main dishes were not served simultaneously. Dishes for share didn't come with two dishes (one did, the other didn't). Water refills took forever. The lemon we asked for the water never came to the table.
Food is decent, but they treat you like garbage. #neveragain.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. intended to be a nice occasion Hard Rock employs servers who cant understand what Medium well looks like. Our server Deven although nice was very dirstracted by the pair of ( . )( . ) located at the table just behind us as he spent most of his time there instead of with his other tables.

Our steaks extremely rare were sent back. we got new steaks but they still tasted pretty bad. its unfortunate because the first time we had steak there it was amazing, maybe the cook? we paid the 74.00 bill tipped our server even over the poor experience and left. I called the next day and spoke to Ken the AGM. very nice and understanding. Ken listened to our experience and agreed that it was below Hard Rock standards. so Ken invited us back and sent me gift cards in the mail. My only objection to this was our orgional bill was 74.00 dollars but Ken only sent us 50.00.

So my girlfriend and I tried it again on 2/26/2016. we went in the afternoon and the restraunt was empty. we sat outside on a nice day. Our server greeted us and told us that ""ALL" appetizers were half off due to happy hour. I ordered a bottle Corona on instruction from our server due to happy hour. Later when we got our bill we discovered that our server in fact didn't know what she was talking about and charged us full price. Dez the manager at the time adjusted our bill correctly but I had already paid the difference on my credit card.

Im aware that everyone makes mistakes but in all honesty I feel the servers at this location are pretty checked out. Our server never smiled, and seemed frustrated to see we were paying with the gift cards we got from Ken. Sad the Hard Rock in Orlando at Universal Studios was my first time ever dining with Hard Rock. The service there was really good.

Let's admit it Hard Rock is a name not a culinary delight. The food is frozen like any Chili's or Applebee's. You go for the atmosphere and the neat exhibits on the wall from Michael Jackson to Buddy Holly there's great things to see here.
