Ihop, Chandler, Arizona, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Arrived and were greeted and seated rather quickly. After we ordered we waited for a while. When it did arrive, my wife's turkey dinner was disgusting. It looked and tasted days old. The only thing she could actually eat was the slice of bread that came with it. My hamburger was barely edible, and only after drowning it in ketchup and salt/pepper. We waited over 20 minutes to ask for our check, then waited at the front counter to ask for it. After another 5 minutes, the hostess greeted some new customers before asking us to help. I told her the problems we'd had, and let her know we wouldn't be paying for the turkey. She ended up comping the entire meal, which is the only reason for two stars instead of one.

Food:

Horrible customer service. The waitress Nicole never asked if we need anything. She kept forgetting things we ask for.she kept going to other tables but ours. My pancakes were looking gross I asked her for new ones and 5 mins later she is out with "new" pancakes. I flipped them over and they were the same exact ones just flipped over. I thought that was beyond rude. She probably flipped them with her hand. She couldn't even take the time to put a..new order in fir me. The manager was no better. I feel I'm paying to enjoy my food let alone enjoy service when i go somewhere . All of this was unnecessary. I'd probably never go there again

Food:

Brand new and clean. Nice group of servers and staff; however, it is HOT in this building! Turn down the air. We come into a restaurant to enjoy our food and escape the 110* weather outside! It's nearly that hot INSIDE and the pore servers! They're sweating and running their rearends off ... there is nothing more gross than seeing the person who is serving your food wipe his/her brow before grabbing your food plate. YUCK! Turn down the air conditioner for your staff and your customers and this would be a great place to sit, relax and enjoy the food!

Food:

sat there for over 1 hour... waited and waited... 3 other tables that arrived after we did were served and we still didnt have our food. we got tired of waiting so we asked to pay for our drinks and cancel the order. The waitress asked why and I said we've been here over an hour and she says oh no you've been here 30 min... the manager came over and tried to convince us to stay after telling us the order was lost and they hadn't even started it yet. This establishment is being added to my "never return" list!

Food:

I have gone there multiple times and every time the servicer took a while to even come to the table to take my order. The food has taken a long time to come and twice the tables were dirty. I like the food offered at ihop but I will never go to this place again.
