Please be aware of what you are eating at this place. Look well before you put in your mouth the food they serve in here. Today they served us broccoli that was rotten. The broccoli was so old that had mold on it. It was so obvious that the mold was there but the lady manager kept saying that there was something else but not mold. What ever it was that grey black and white thing in every plain piece of steam brocolli wasn't supossed to be there in the first place. Please let every body know about it. Thanks.

We were told 10 min wait, which turned into nearly 40. We had 4 in our party with a car seat. After waiting 40 min, the hostess just said they dont have any slings for the car seat. We saw patrons with babies come in after us and get seated immediately. Not sure what part of first available they didnt understand. We left and wont go back for a long time. Its unfortunate because in Eastlake, there is only this ihop and broken yolk which is even worse.

I always liked coming here. The food is good and I am usually happy with the service. Today, however, I had an experience that truly disappointed me. A friend and I had breakfast, and in the process of paying for our meals, she gets her military ID out to get her military discount. We were more than stunned when we were told you get only discount when you are actual active military duty, meaning you have to be the soldier. That is not okay. I mean the spouses who aren't military are sacrificing just as much (if not more) for this country as their military spouses. They deserve respect and credit just as much! Very disappointing indeed. This was the first time this ever happened to me (or around me, I have many military spouse friends) and not something I can praise.

This is the only IHOP I have ever been to that requires our service men and women to be in uniform or they don't get the military discount. On top of that the service was extremely slow. The food was good, but that is the only thing. I recommend that any of our service members go somewhere else and avoid this IHOP.
