Ihop, Fresno, California Restaurant Details

Food:

The bathrooms always smell terrible they need some major pluming hel the drain some how emits the sewer smells. I have complained but this restaurant needs some major help.

Food:

Service is good and the food is exactly the same as the last IHOP. (Very good food)

Manager is horrible. Yells at staff and customers. We had a bug in our food and she threw the plate out and you could hear her screaming at her employees to top it off we seen roaches crawling around. Save your money and don't come here.

foos was GREAT!! 5 STARS....Service sucked. Had to get ip for my own refill, waiter never checked in in us.

I made the mistake of coming to this location once before. Needless to say I will not be going back. The manager Lea was very unprofessional and rude when she assisted us. To top it off, coworkers repeatedly getting into altercations with each other and that made me and my family very uncomfortable. Does not know how to manage her team and is going to run this location into the ground. I, for one, will not be sad when that happens. I will not go back to this location and if anyone asks about it, the response will be negative.
