My husband and I were driving through Greensboro and I wanted pancakes and looked for an ihop, we stopped in around noon and got seated right away. The waitress was very nice. The place was pretty busy and it was acceptable that our food took a bit longer. Just as I said hmm where's our food, there it was!! The food was awesome.

TERRIBLE service! Server was rude and lazy. She was asked to give one of my friends lemons, server replied with "were out" next thing I know the table beside of us asked for two waters with lemons and received them. I then looked confused and she asked if I had a problem...Manager "Phil" comes to the table and does absolutely nothing about the situation. Mind you I work in the food Industry... I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I was worried about eating here with the past reviews, but they have turned the place around. Staff and food was great.

Don't go to this restaurant, complete trash service. The bill we were given was $12.42 and you charged us $19. Never again.
