Ihop, Hialeah, Florida, American Restaurant Details

Food:

This is by far the worst restaurant i've ever been to. Not only are they under staffed the waiter was repeatedly asked for ketchup and other things but never brought it but tended to other tables that weren't in his section. I complained about cold food he microwaved it instead of making it over. In addition their night time manager buys illegal pirated movies right at the front counter from a man who i'm sure was selling drugs out in the parking lot. The food came out cold, hard and made completely wrong. When we complained we were told "that's how it's made" we spoke to the manager and tried to explain the issue. He couldn't care less. He only took $10 off of our bill and ushered us out the door with not even so much as an apology. Worst dining experience of my life. This place should be shut down or at least have their employees drug tested.

Juan probably really is the best waiter in the world. No joke, been going to this Ihop for a long time now like 10 years and he remembers everything extremely fast without writing anything down totally accurate.

Food:

this is one of the best IHOP I have been to. The service is outstanding, all the waiters are great and check on you often. YES JUAN IS THE BEST WAITER. Never wait to be seated, there is always someone at the door. The food is prepared great, no complaints ever about it. Even the girl that does the balloon animals on Saturday is great. its clean clean clean. Even if super busy they are nice and help you with a smile, they have never given me attitude.
I always come back to this IHOP.

Never ever ever going to the dennis in 67 ave again. it is the opposite of this IHOP in every aspect mentioned.

Food:

It is not bad as far as food !! HOWEVER i noticed the same thing i do at every restaurant where the manager is a Spanish person, no organization, no leadership these people are not on a schedule they go crazy when the place gets packed, they have no control of the customer as they try to do so many things at the same time it is very disappointing. I myself have been there a couple of times and it doesn't change. you can tell from the cash register counter that everyone back there is tense stressed and pissed of because things are not going well. very bad for business.

They were nice and fast. Food was good. Everything overall really good. Decent coffee tho. Clean place
