Nice IHOP joint. Friendly staff who seated us relatively fast. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal.

The building is small and very cramped. We were there for lunch and it was crowded, which is good for business, but because it was so cramped it was so loud that we honestly had to lean towards each other just to hear each other. Our waitress either forgot about us or was just totally overwhelmed by the lunch crowd along with the noise level. It was not an enjoyable meal/visit with friends experience.

The most condescending, rude and obnoxious staff I ever met in my life.and yes I live in brooklyn. This is the last time I'm going to this Ihop. Unless they get some common decency.
