12/30/2015 7:20 pmWe waited 20 min for breakfast, and then we got a cold one. The waiter came only once to bring us check, before were even done with food. We didn't get any refills on ours drinks. Very bad service!!! |

12/29/2015 4:04 am2 of the 4 orders came to our table incorrectly. Service was average. And the food wasn't as good as the IHOP standard. |

11/09/2015 2:46 amOk folks, I am not one to snivel much about much but, last night's visit at IHOP was the absolute worst "Breakfast After The Gig" I have ever been a part of! At first greeting by the host, we were asked if a booth would be ok, one of us said yes. I did notice that the area to the east was empty with many tables empty that would accommodate 5 people. Yet, we were still seated at a booth along the south wall on the west side of the facility. Next to our table that was not large enough to accommodate us and along the same south wall, were many tables that could have accommodated us if, they were cleared and ready for service. |

09/06/2015 7:07 pmDespite a busy store and wait time for seating, (the day prior was a Husker game, typical Sunday+out of town traffic) our host was gracious and our server, Nathan, was attentive and friendly. There was no awkwardness (which we usually encounter) with my wife's gender presentation. The food was prepared quickly and with excellent quality. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again. |

03/03/2015 10:01 amIt was three in the morning and my friend was taking me to village inn. They weren't open 24 hours a day that night, so we went to ihop instead because it was the closest alternative. We both ordered the chicken strips and fries and were severely disappointed. The chicken tenders were the length of your finger where on the menu it's the length of your hand. The fries were unseasoned and unsalted. They didn't give us any sauce for my chicken tenders and when asked for bbq, they were apparently out. After eating the chicken strips, I went to town on the fries, using ketchup instead, but ran out of ketchup in the bottle that was given to us. At that point my friend's drink that he paid 2.50 for was almost empty. We waited for the waitress to service us but she not even once attended our table after getting us our food. Instead she was gossiping with other groups that we believe were big money, or groups she thought would tip high. We ordered an additional order of large fries, but didn't even bother staying for them due to no ketchup and no ketchup on the way. The waitress didn't even bring us our bill, we had to go up front to get checked out. Later that day, we called the daytime manager and explained the situation, asking for at least a partial refund, stating we wouldn't be coming back. Instead of a partial refund, we got a 15 dollar ihop gift card that we're never going to use. |
