We waited 20 min for breakfast, and then we got a cold one. The waiter came only once to bring us check, before were even done with food. We didn't get any refills on ours drinks. Very bad service!!!

2 of the 4 orders came to our table incorrectly. Service was average. And the food wasn't as good as the IHOP standard.

Ok folks, I am not one to snivel much about much but, last night's visit at IHOP was the absolute worst "Breakfast After The Gig" I have ever been a part of! At first greeting by the host, we were asked if a booth would be ok, one of us said yes. I did notice that the area to the east was empty with many tables empty that would accommodate 5 people. Yet, we were still seated at a booth along the south wall on the west side of the facility. Next to our table that was not large enough to accommodate us and along the same south wall, were many tables that could have accommodated us if, they were cleared and ready for service.
Now, in the west side of the facility, there were twelve other folks seated in various spots so, it was not very busy. As a matter of fact, I overheard a worker exclaim, "Bar Rush Must Be Over"! It was 3:15AM so, yes the bar rush was probably over, still no excuse for dirty tables and limited seating! Speaking of seating, I was seated on a bench that had a rip about 2.5 feet long(See the image posted below) right in the center of the bench and much of the foam had been torn out. I was sitting in a bowl with my butt resting on the board below the foam, real comfortable.
Our server was there fairly quick to take our orders and separated the tickets as requested. This was the only thing positive about our visit! After about 25 minutes of wait and because our table did not accommodate 5 people, one of our folks had to grab a chair from one of the dirty tables and sit at the end of the booth between a dirty table and ours. This made for limited room for plates when they were served. Not to mention all of the well proportioned plates passing my face on the way to the person who ordered them. Now, I was last served and my plate, a "Chicken Strips and Fries" meal was laid before me and I had to ask, "Did you leave the rest of the fries in the vat?" as there were 5 very over cooked chicken strips and 12, yes I said 12 fries on my plate.
The server asked if I would like additional fries and I stated "No" three times because he kept asking. About 15 minutes later, he came to the table and laid another plate of fries in front of me and stated, "your fries, sir". I gave them to one of our folks as I had already lost my appetite and was already too upset to eat them anyway! By this time, most of the facility had cleared out except the very noisy and loud patrons seated directly behind me in another booth so, I took the time to take a picture of the seat that I was given and to look around to see that most if not all of the tables in the west side of the facility were dirty, not cleared and reset for service and the workers were standing around talking! When my check arrived, I paid the total and did not tip our server. One of us laid a ten dollar bill on the table and I thought that was WAY TO MUCH!
If our server wanted to get tipped, maybe he would have been more attentive to our table, needs and the surroundings of our table. Maybe he would have cleared the adjacent tables and made available the opportunity to serve other patrons instead of making our visit a complete and utter waste of time! I cannot believe the level of disservice this facility effects on the image of IHOP! Realistically speaking, if your workers are not going to clean the face of your facility, how can we be assured that the area preparing our meals are clean and sanitary? We will never return to the facility!

Despite a busy store and wait time for seating, (the day prior was a Husker game, typical Sunday+out of town traffic) our host was gracious and our server, Nathan, was attentive and friendly. There was no awkwardness (which we usually encounter) with my wife's gender presentation. The food was prepared quickly and with excellent quality. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again.

It was three in the morning and my friend was taking me to village inn. They weren't open 24 hours a day that night, so we went to ihop instead because it was the closest alternative. We both ordered the chicken strips and fries and were severely disappointed. The chicken tenders were the length of your finger where on the menu it's the length of your hand. The fries were unseasoned and unsalted. They didn't give us any sauce for my chicken tenders and when asked for bbq, they were apparently out. After eating the chicken strips, I went to town on the fries, using ketchup instead, but ran out of ketchup in the bottle that was given to us. At that point my friend's drink that he paid 2.50 for was almost empty. We waited for the waitress to service us but she not even once attended our table after getting us our food. Instead she was gossiping with other groups that we believe were big money, or groups she thought would tip high. We ordered an additional order of large fries, but didn't even bother staying for them due to no ketchup and no ketchup on the way. The waitress didn't even bring us our bill, we had to go up front to get checked out. Later that day, we called the daytime manager and explained the situation, asking for at least a partial refund, stating we wouldn't be coming back. Instead of a partial refund, we got a 15 dollar ihop gift card that we're never going to use.

It's really disappointing honestly. As a kid my mom would take my brother and I out here and we loved it, although we were poor and it was expensive, it was an alright treat. Now it's just not the same.

This place is a joke and a waste of your time and money. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to village inn down the road, their food is awesome and they don't skimp you at all.
