Ihop, Mesa, Arizona, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Service was horrible. Guy gave us attitude from the start on the drinks. Didn't bring me my tea with lemons or lemons in a bowl. Didn't say what drinks were what that he was bringing us so we had to do taste test every time. Spoons were bent, hahaha. Started being nice till we were done eating. Than when i didnt leave a tip he runs out an yells at me saying have a nice day sarcastically. Heres a tip if u really want one buddy. B nice an inform people what u bring tham an bring the right bread to. An dont act like an ass. Would not come bak to this IHOP.

Food:

Some punk kid must of thought it would be funny to shake his head over my food. I counted and found close to 20 small blonde curly hairs all over the food. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Food:

Ihop has great breakfast variety, better than any other breakfast restaurant, chain or mom & pop. Service is a little on the hit-or-miss side, depending on the waitstaff and manager on duty. Food is generally healthy and of good quantity and quality. Menu options are very flexible and the customer isn't penalized for substitutions like some of the mom & pop restaurants in the vacinity. Turkey bacon is a no-cost option substitution of pork bacon, although they do not have turkey sausage. Better service would raise my rating. I'm not above walking out of a restaurant that doesn't have snappy service. It's never good to make a patron feel like they are invisible...

Food:

Alissa has a great aura and takes great care of not only us but everyone else around her. She seemed to be helping everyone do their jobs and maintained a great attitude doing so. Great team work between her and the little young waitress next to her. Will come back just for her.

The waitress Maria was amazingly nice and pleasant... But the other "middle aged" waitresses and an older lady manager were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Especially the waitress who wears her glasses on top of her head. They uniforms looked and smelled like they've never been washed and their name tags were crooked and unreadable. Their rudeness and completely mean and horrible attitudes was the NUMBER 1 PROBLEM... They should be re-trained on customer service!!!! I will ONLY Come Back For Maria!!! Gave 2 stars because of Maria was the only nice one there!!
