Ihop, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

Food:

I felt disrespected when me and my wife were seated cause we waited for 20 minutes and 5 waitresses walked past us and didn't acknowledge us or asked what we wanted to drink. My heart was set on a Splashberry and omelet but not tonight! They were to busy being mad about what time they got off. I apologize the only thing that's open at 3am when you get off is waffle houses, Ihops, gas off the highways and legs! But really it wouldn't have hurt to check on us. We had to relocate across the street to the high rent district which is called Red Lobster. Thanks a lot.... A pissed customer.

The food that we did receive was decent for the most part. However for the second time our service was horrible. We didn't receive the correct food after 4 attempts. They did remove a meal to compensate for the horrible service, however it did not adequately compensate for the hour and a half we waited to still not receive the correct meals for 1/3 of our party.

Food was fast and very good. Staff was very pleasant. Very clean and enjoyable!

I want to comment on the people who is complaining that the service is slow. Its a breakfast restaurant they cook the food as you order, I never been to the Waffle house but I really do like this place the food is always hot and good.

My husband and I ate here for dinner on a calm weeknight; we were warmly greeted by the hostess and promptly seated and subsequently attended to. After browsing the interesting selections - red velvet pancakes or stuffed french toast - my husband ordered the Philly cheese steak & I decided on the Swedish crepes. His sandwich was well-seasoned, full of cheese and generously portioned - he's a grown man and he couldn't finish it all in one sitting. My crepes were fluffy and light, and the lingonberry topping accented the dish perfectly. I had a coupon for a free Rooty (or equivalently-priced meal), and I assumed they would've comped the less expensive of the two meals: my crepes. But they actually took off the cheese steak, leaving us to pay the smaller difference! We will definitely be back for the great food and exceptional service!
