04/19/2015 7:29 pmTerrible! All though out waitress was very sweet, the food was horrible! I ordered grilled chicken the citrus pecan salad.. the chicken smelled and tasted like it was in the garbage, wilted lettuce, canned mandarin oranges and the sides of whatever dressing it's supposed to come with smelled like molded sewer water. -my husband wanted the t-bone steak.. they were out, so he tried the steak tips... gross! Gray chewy cold nastiness. Option of sides=whatever they decide to give you. After one bite we were both equally nauseous and had to leave. |

01/13/2013 10:54 amThis IHOP location has gone way downhill. We used to enjoy this restaurant but our latest experience sent us out the door hungry. My wife had a feeling things would not go smoothly when she noticed that our waitress did not write our order down. We sat there for approximately a half hour waiting for our order to arrive to the table. About then I heard our waitress call out to the kitchen, “this is not a garden omelet”. A few minutes later she appeared at our table with pancakes and potatoes and my Chicken fried steak all of which was just barely luke warm telling us that our eggs would be ready soon. My chicken fried steak which is supposed to be smothered in gravy and which I had ordered with extra gravy was completely naked with a small one ounce saucer of gravy on the side. I told this woman who really thought we would want to eat our cold pancakes and potatoes separately from our eggs, that she should have scrapped the whole order and remade everything to be served together hot. We then thought better of the whole thing and left without eating. By the way the restaurant was far from full, there were only about seven tables being served or as in our case not served. At least the Pepsi was ok. As we were leaving she apologized saying their cook was new and the general manager was on the way. maybe a manager should be there all the time. |
