Im turning 16 in 2012 & planning on having my sweet sixteen here.
I just wanted to know how is the service in terms of party wise?Like is the music great? What kind of music do they play? How Is the food?
& is this a good place to have my party ?

Food:

My sister had her wedding reception here and it was the worst service we've ever received from a vendor. First, the wedding was scheduled for 5:30 PM, therefore we requested the reception to start at 7:00 PM and run until midnight.

Upon arriving at the banquet hall, we were "greeted" by servers stating that we were late and that the food had been sitting out since 6:00 PM, the time they were told we would be arriving. When speaking to the manager, we were told that their contracts are only for 6-11 PM. Not having our contract with us on the day of the wedding, there was nothing we could have done. The food was cold, the servers were unprofessional - dancing around instead of attending to guests. One of the girls even told us, "I can't be seen, there are cameras above and I can get fired, but the music is great." and continued to dance with the other gals.

Dugan's refused to reimburse us for the lost hour and refused to listen to our complaints. It was my sister's wedding day and she was very, very upset. We did not even have time to have a receiving line and the reception was rushed as we arrived at 7:30 and were told to pack it up by 11. Manage the place better, get professional staff and it's a great, reasonable place to have your wedding reception. In the meantime, go someplace else. Your wedding day should be the happiest day, not a day to be dealing with this.
