Everythings always great (as long as you dont get daiya). Plenty of vegan options and staff is usually friendly. Quick service, too!

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is scrumptious and they have a wonderful selection of teas. The atmosphere is clean and crisp. I also like the artsy gifts they have available for sale.

A wonderful, extensive selection of teas. The yellow sprig oolong was delightful - perfectly prepared. Highly recommended.

I had my first visit on Saturday after looking for Wedding Gowns with my future daughter-in-laws, my daughter and future daughter-in-law's mother. I love the atmosphere, the food, the store, and the fabulous tea!! I am hooked and will be back. I purchased a ginger and cinnamon tea which has been helping with my inflammatory problems and couldn't be happier. If you haven't tried Infusion Tea, you absolutely have to ! Thank you to Britney and Caris for recommending this place :)

Ordered three times in two weeks and all three times was told that they are "out" of Matcha tea. Come to find out from the hostess that they store all the teas in-house but the manager is the only one with the key and hadn't filled up the containers so a lot of the containers are empty. How the hell are you named Infusion TEA, yet, run out of teas. Ridiculous and LAZY.

I've ordered the Sencha tea instead; it was delicious and the taste was worth the $4.50. The only dishes I've tried are the gazpacho and tempeh tacos. The gazpacho had a gross texture and bland taste; I ended up taking three bites and dumping it. The tempeh tacos are tasty but the tempeh is very dry and the last time I ate it, it was so salty that it was almost inedible; which leads me to believe their cook doesn't taste the food or doesn't care.

The service is another issue; the people there seem detached and a bit unfriendly; not a welcoming atmosphere. I might go there for the tea in the future but, the food was not very impressive.
