One heck of a great time, the food and service is great. The cannoli is to die for. If you go to Scottsdale you have to eat here.

It's been a really, really long time since I haven't left a tip at a restaurant. This place was beyond awful service. They took the menus back within minutes of putting them down. I ordered for my table because most of my guest were non-english speakers. The owner questioned why they didn't order for themselves and asked which specific people did and did not speak English even after I had already ordered for everyone. After ordering the owner came back again and told us not to get any food on us and expect things like club soda before we even got our food? It left everyone confused. He asked us what kind of bread we wanted and none us cared so they brought just bread and butter to the table. The owner has a open cut and bandaid without a finger cot or any protection and suck it in the bowl of bread. To top it off even though we never asked for the bread we were then charged for it. This place was a very awful tourist trap. It was a embarrassment and shame as well as a poor representation of American service.

I went in last night with two friends for a drink and dinner. We went to the bar and ordered a drink and while we were standing there, a fat rude employee approached us and literally yelled at us to move. Apparently, we were at a part of the bar that he needed to access, however, the way he told us was completely inappropriate. I told him that he should not talk to clients like that and his response was "they are customers, not clients". The staff are rude, FAT, and disgusting. The only way I would ever return to this establishment would be to celebrate its closing. This place is a dump.

The first thing we noticed was the funny smell in the restaurant. Perhaps the air conditioning filters have not been changed?? We had the cannelloni. It was tasty. The plate was large enough for my wife and I to share. They also split the salad for is and that was plenty for both of us. The service was great too. Not a fancy place at all. Just old school Italian restaurant.

AVOID--literally any other restaurant within walking distance is better. Cliche of a tourist trap. Most of our party's dishes were bad esp for the high price--shrimp in the $28 shrimp parmesan were spoiled. Service was high pressure, slow, and sleazy--charmingly at first, then ugly when we split the check--Harvey took offense when we asked to split, disappeared for 20 minutes, then returned with non-itemized receipts with an arbitrary $6-10 added to our bills on top of a 18% gratuity on our 5 top. Had to go back to argue to get some money back.
