Italian Pizza Rosa, Anaheim, California Restaurant Details

Went there again for pizza...I'm a pizza lover and so I do not mind the approx 30 min commute to eat there from San Clemente. This time I phone ordered a large pepperoni pizza. When I arrived it was piping hot -fresh out of the oven.

The place is a complete "hole in the wall" in a strip mall parking lot that has seen the economic collapse. This place is still thriving though and for good reason. Also note: You don't come to this place for anything else (ambiance, the decor, etc.) unless you want a really good pizza.

Now here's my recommendation: Order the King size pizza instead of the large. The large pizza had a thicker crust which I wasn't aware of. But I became enlightened though my error in judgement. The singe slices of pizza is made from their king size pie.

So -if you want the NY style option, the king size is way better.
80 cent charge for using a credit/debit card.

I had the buffalo wings years ago...And I wasn't impressed. 2 of 5 rating. This place is a straight pizza factory, so order the pie and you won't go wrong. -Promise.

I have been going to Pizza Rosa for over 30 years. I am from the east coast and this is the closest to New York/east coast pizza I have found in So. Cal. My favorite place for pizza.

11 years ago my wife and I stumble upon this place when we lived in Fontera apartments about a mile away from Italian Pizza Rosa.. and now living in Minnesota I still think about their pizza....God that was the best pizza I ever had.

Nothing I find out here in MN comes close.....Do they ship next day air?
