08/25/2015 11:48 pmI ordered two small plates, one is mixed sweets and the other is Kunafa Bil-kishta directly from the oven. I tried them at home one hour later, the Kishta (cream) smelled bad and it was sour, and the other sweets were much below average. I returned to the shop and I received very bad customer service. Went to the store across the street and it was much better; do not waste your time and money! This is my personal opinion and I hope nobody gets upset. |

06/08/2014 1:03 pmI was a big adovocate of this place, until I met what I beleive is the owner.. Very rude - extreme unprofessional language; I was very disappointed. Just because you have good Baklava doesn't make you talk to customers like this. |

02/22/2014 4:27 amI have a very bad experience with owner of Jafar sweet business. I am a technician that he hire me to replace his thermostat of heating system. He was trying to fix it himself but he couldn't I replace the thermostat. I told him at the beginning the cost of replacing thermostat is $125. After replacing the thermostat still the fan was not working and I told him it will cost more money to go to the roof and find out what is wrong, but he didn't want to spend any money. I didn't charge him any trip charge or service fee and I did the job that he hired me for but he didn't pay me at all because he said his problem with heating didn't resolve and he yelled at me and used bad language. I spend more than 2 hours of my time and trip to store to buy the part and even night work. but he didn't give me even one penny. Any way I am really disappointed and wanted to share my experience with other people. Please don't trust this business |
