Jack In The Box, Anaheim, California, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

DO NOT go there! HORRIBLE experience! We waited at the drive thru for ten minutes and then we left. We went to the window and then they helped the other customer behind us. I went in talked to the manager and repeatedly told me that she didn't see us because they have sensors. All though we were honking and saying Hello! Just don't go there!

Food:

Very poor service so unprofessional. Manager yells at her employees. All workers gossip and have no respect towards each other. I always used to go buy foos there but my order was either wrong missing something or just burned or old they let the food sit there and once someone orders your order is done in 1 minute. Its always dirty especially the bathroom. Thyre always hiring because everyone quits to do they dont know how to run the place. I called corporate to conplain ans never was transferd to the correct person and was never called back. The manager is so rude and especially when it comes to school students she is so rude. She doesn't let them eat inside and she blocks the path with trash cans.

Food:

Horrible service I saw the manajer pull away the bag from a customers hand it even ripped because she thought he wasn't gonna pay . Jack in the box corporation should think about letting this franchise company stayed open . I also see the manajer always mistreat the workers and gets mad at them for little reasons for example giving out to many ketchups or hot sauce don't be surprised if one day u only get 2 little baggies . She doesn't care about her customers she only cares about the money that goes to her packets .

Food:

Would give NO STARS if I could. Horrible service. Went through the drive-thru.. I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. I went in to give back the food and there were like 3 other customers there regarding their wrong orders. Don't come here and waste your time. If you want Jack in the Box that bad, I recommend finding another one.

Food:

Terrible. No napkins in the bag, as I'm used to (I'm a huge J'Box fan). "Lots of ketchup" got me three packets. Total disrespect of other customers by cold shoulder and one employee even bad mouthed a customer under her breath in Spanish, as to not have the customer understand her. I'll just drive a few miles down next time than stop here.
