Jack In The Box, Arlington, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

I am pregnant was craving a bacon, egg and cheese muffing I pull up to order and I can't understand anything the lady is saying her English was horrible. After a few attempts I think she got it, ok I wait to pull up to the window it takes about 15 min for them to move the other two cars in front of me by this time am already running out of patience. When I finally pull up to the window same lady same thing I couldn't understand any thing she was saying. I let it go just gave her my credit card she gave me my food and drink and I left. When I get to my job I pull out my breakfast and guess what, not what I order I was pissed I tried calling no one ever answered the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I don't recommend this location it's always like this slow.

I've been more than once and every time I went there was something wrong with my order. The last time I went they gave me burnt egg rolls and cold breakfast. I tried to speak with a manager and none of them spoke English. That is the last time I will go to this jack in the box.

I'm from California, San Diego specifically. That's where Jack in the Box is from, and I've eaten at many many Jack in the Boxes in my life. This is absolutely not what it's supposed to be like. I've noticed that a few Jack in the Boxes in Texas have closed. This one should close to. Absolutely pathetic. Overcooked rubbery scrambled eggs. Pancakes served with no syrup in the drive thru. Slow, slow, slow service. If anyone from Jack in the Box corporate reads this, you need to pay more attention to the restaurants that are far away. This one is absolutely pathetic, and is doing more than it's share to ruin a quality brand.

They always make excuses after 10p when it comes to making anything but tacos and burgers. Something is always broken or they're out of everything.
